Returns and repairs

Placed an order at Smash-watches.com you can within 14 days (after receipt of the order). Upon receipt of your return shipment will be the purchase price within 14 days on your account will be refunded.

So submit your new order return in the right way:

  • The question you have pre-printed UPS labels you answer with "Yes" .

  • Uncheck "plan your collection request" on call. The rest is self-explanatory, get the necessary information for shipping on the package of the UPS return label off.

Service maintenance and repairs:

For the return of your watch for a repair, or for service-maintenance other rules apply.

With service maintenance we mean, for example, replacing the battery. Your watch is defective you can return also. Please note that for all Smash watches a warranty of 24 months on the timepiece, batteries, glass and band are excluded from this warranty.

So offer your service or repair your watch properly

  • Download the Smash return form by clicking here and fill it in completely.
  • Pack the watch well in a neutral shipping box and listed somewhere on the box the words "service/repair", don't forget the retourformuler of Smash to add in the box.
  • You are free to your transport company to choose but be with shipping receipt or sent by registered mail, we are not responsible for receiving the shipment if you do not do this!
  • Standard repairs have a lead time of plm. 3 weeks
